Smartpricing and Nokumo connect dynamic pricing with daily operations

With the new Smartpricing and Nokumo integration, reservation, occupancy and availability data flows automatically from Nokumo into Smartpricing. Smartpricing uses this data to calculate and update dynamic prices, then sends the new rates back to Nokumo for distribution across the connected booking channels.

What is Nokumo?

Nokumo is an all-in-one property management platform for hotels, apartments, vacation rentals and property managers.

It brings together the main parts of daily property management, including PMS, channel manager, direct booking, payments, self check-in, housekeeping, night audit and guest communication.

Its channel manager connects with more than 60 booking channels, while its direct booking tools allow properties to manage reservations through their own website alongside bookings from external platforms.

Nokumo also supports multi-property management, giving operators a central place to manage several properties or units.

The platform is adapted to local legal and tax requirements, including guest registration, invoicing, fiscal reporting and taxes. These processes are already built in for Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.

For properties in other countries, Nokumo ensures the necessary local legal and tax requirements are covered before the property goes live.

How does the Smartpricing and Nokumo integration work?

The integration connects the property data managed in Nokumo directly with the pricing strategy in Smartpricing.

Smartpricing receives reservation, availability and occupancy data from Nokumo and combines it with factors such as booking pace, seasonality, events and changes in market demand to calculate and update prices dynamically.

The new rates are then sent back to Nokumo and distributed through the existing channel setup.
