Booking Engine
A booking engine is a tool that lets guests book directly from a property’s website. It shows real-time availability and rates, allowing travelers to reserve without OTAs and often at the best price.
CRM
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is software that helps collect, manage, and analyze guest information at every stage of the stay. It improves communication, loyalty, and personalization of the guest experience.
Call to action (CTA)
A call to action (CTA) is a visual or text element that prompts users to take a specific action, such as “Book now,” “Request an offer,” or “Subscribe to the newsletter.” CTAs guide navigation and help boost conversions.
Channel manager
A channel manager is software that allows centralized management of availability, rates, and reservations across multiple sales channels (OTAs, GDS, website). It automatically updates all data in real time, reducing errors and preventing overbookings.
Cloud Computing
Cloud computing refers to storing and managing data and applications on remote servers accessible via the Internet. It allows users to access software and information from any connected device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Cloud-based PMS
A cloud-based PMS (booking property management syste) is management software that runs entirely in the cloud. It allows the management of reservations, rooms, check-ins, accounting, and reports from any connected device—without the need for local servers.
Contactless check-in/check-out
Contactless check-in and check-out allow guests to complete arrival and departure procedures digitally, without any physical interaction. This makes the process faster, more flexible, and more efficient—for both guests and the property.
Dashboard

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a free web analytics tool that collects and interprets data about website traffic. It monitors user sources, behavior, and actions to help improve website performance and online marketing strategies.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager simplifies the process of adding tracking codes (such as Google Analytics or Meta Ads tags) to a website. It enables the collection of user behavior data without manual changes to the website code.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
