The property includes 64 apartments, 24 mobile homes, and a camping area with over 20 spots.

How long have you been using Smartpricing?

We’ve been using Smartpricing for about a year, since summer 2021.

Initially, transitioning from a manual process to something more innovative and dynamic like Smartpricing was challenging due to our lack of experience. Fortunately, it was only a matter of time—now we’re very satisfied and can’t imagine being without it!

How did you manage rates before?

At first, rates were managed manually using fixed price lists for high and low seasons.

Typically, the owner handled the management and inputting of prices, mainly because we weren’t aware of software like Smartpricing.

Over the years, however, we realized this process required increasing time and effort, which brought us here!
