Context
Blu Apartment is a modern one-bedroom vacation rental located in the center of Kassel. Opened in March 2024, it is managed alongside the owner's full-time job. From the beginning, it was clear that operations needed to be automated and pricing outsourced to a reliable system.
Just a few weeks after opening, the decision was made to implement Smartpricing—with the goal of setting daily rates dynamically and competitively, without having to adjust them manually. Today, nearly all bookings come through Booking.com. Thanks to its early success, a second apartment in Kassel is already in the works.
