Tell us about your property
Our agriturismo is located in the Venetian hinterland, just 15 minutes from the lagoon.
The property includes nine rooms and a small apartment that mostly accommodate international clients.
From March to October, we primarily host leisure guests, while in the remaining months, our clientele is business-focused.
Before Smartpricing, I spent three hours each morning and two hours in the afternoon adjusting rates. Now, this time is dedicated to other tasks at the reception. What I appreciate most about Smartpricing is that it enabled me to sell rooms at prices I would never have dared to propose. Now, I no longer undervalue the property.
How were rates managed before Smartpricing? What challenge were you looking to solve?
We adopted Smartpricing at the start of summer 2022, thanks to a suggestion from our property management system, Slope, which integrates with Smartpricing.
Before that, I personally managed prices every morning, checking competitors’ rates on OTA platforms and local event listings. Based on this data, I adjusted prices using my intuition.
The process was incredibly time-consuming, and my primary goals were to save time, increase sales, and set more profitable prices.
What results have you achieved with Smartpricing?
Previously, I offered slightly higher rates than competitors but never as high as those Smartpricing suggests.
The software enabled me to propose prices I would never have considered, and the rooms still sold.
This helped me realize that I was undervaluing our property in the past.
Additionally, I’ve freed up at least 2 hours per day that I used to spend on pricing management.

I appreciate the functionality that allows me to adjust suggested prices and the pricing strategy. Maintaining control over these aspects is very important to me.
Moreover, the software is incredibly simple and easy to use. I was able to manage it on my own without needing support.
On the rare occasions I required assistance, the team was helpful and attentive.
