Tell us about your property
Our property features six apartments on a 100-hectare farm.
We’re classified as a B&B, not an agriturismo, because we don’t offer a full restaurant service—just breakfast.
We’re open from Easter through October, primarily hosting families or couples interested in exploring nearby romantic and gastronomic destinations.
Smartpricing has been incredibly helpful in alerting me to local events that increase room demand. It also enabled me to raise prices without seeing a decline in bookings or positive reviews.
How long have you been using Smartpricing? How did you manage rates before?
We started using Smartpricing in April 2022.
Previously, we managed rates with a fixed pricing list divided into:
- Low season: Easter to June 1
- Mid-season: June to early July
- High season: Early July to August
- Mid-season: September to October
Occasionally, we increased prices for major events, but generally, the rates remained static.
What challenge were you looking to solve?
I realized I couldn’t continue using the same rates due to rising costs.
Since I didn’t know what the most profitable rates for tourists would be, I needed a tool to assist with this task.
What results have you achieved with Smartpricing?

Additionally, it helped me increase prices strategically.
Initially, I set a maximum price limit for Smartpricing because I was worried about receiving negative reviews. However, when I removed this limit, I was pleasantly surprised to see that bookings continued, and my positive reviews remained steady.
