Palazzo Starace is a charming guesthouse in the heart of Sorrento, offering 13 units, 12 rooms, and 1 apartment.

I took over the facility a few years back, specifically in 2014.

Our clientele is primarily made up of foreigners, with a strong presence of Americans, Australians, and Canadians.

We also welcome a smaller percentage of Europeans and Italians.

Our team strives to embody the warm, welcoming Italian spirit that our customers seek.

How were rates handled before Smartpricing?

Before Smartpricing, I used to do everything manually, relying on Excel sheets filled with statistics and numbers.

I attempted to forecast future demand peaks by analyzing competitors and comparing my data with theirs, such as room prices during different seasons.

What specific issue were you looking to address?

I wanted to delegate price management for two key reasons:
